At the hostel, the rooms are fitted with a patio. Albergue da Juventude offers some units with river views, and the rooms are equipped with a coffee machine. At the accommodation the rooms come with bed linen and towels.

We arrived quite late after flight disruptions and the very kind staff waited up to let us in. We really appreciated their beyond-normal kindness.

Great location in a beautiful part of the country. Rooms clean and spacious although note that although all rooms have a balcony they are Juliet balconies so no sitting to sip a glass of something on the balcony. The young woman serving breakfast was exceptional in trying to provide for a vegan guest even though I had informed the Quinta that my friend was a vegan she had obviously not been told. Breakfast proved to be exceptional despite this. Swimming pool and seating around the pool were much appreciated after a long hike each day.
