The bar had amazing cocktails, Great location, Kitchen is fully equipped, Bathrooms where clean and had lots of them so no waiting time. Loved that they had board games to play in the common areas. Staff was super nice and the location was perfect.

Busy, but it's a great location, just a few minutes from the black sand beach and basalt columns. Fantastic sunset from there. The room was so spacious (I had a double room), and the bed was SO comfy! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with all the appliances you'd need. Obviously, the issues of shared bathrooms...waiting for showers, etc, but overall, I highly recommend The Barn.JamesSolo traveler

There were sinks outside the toilets which were good for cleaning teeth. I didn’t have to wait for the showers or toilets, and they were nice and clean. The kitchen area was nice too

The only hostel in the world that i know of, with double size beds in the shared rooms. The design is amazing, with a great view, feels like a luxury on a budget. But most of all, great staff! they made me feel welcome and gave me some groceries when i arrived late after all supermarkets where closed. I will be back for sure.
