Centrally located…. great helpful staff. We were meant to arrive from Dubrovnik by a late evening flight that would get into Zagreb beyond the stipulated check in time. The staff offered to stay back and wait for us. Infact they had been tracking our flight and when we learnt that the flight was cancelled due to bad weather and we would not be able to arrive that day they proactively offered to change our booking without charging us. I sincerely appreciated their gesture - so warm and welcoming. The cancellation of the flight was no fault of theirs and this gesture was a very kind and thoughtful one that enhanced our overall experience. Thank you Dots team.

Great customer service. The flight was 3 hours late, messaged the hostel to inform them about the change. They replied within minutes reassuring me there will be someone there to greet me. Breakfast of the champions, eggs and sausages( made on the spot),coffee,tea, sweets, everything you need to start a day. All of that for 20 euros and you are located in the city centre,can't beat it. Thank you guys.
