Set in Santa Cruz La Laguna in the Solola region, Posada Del Viajero - Mayan Travelers Inn has a terrace and lake views. We really enjoyed our stay at Posada Del Viajero, we felt welcomed and enjoyed seeing the village. The breakfast was delicious and views from the terrace were amazing.

Situated in Panajachel in the Solola region, The guesthouse has a garden. This homestay features a terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Volcano Atitlan is 46 km away. This is a lovely space close enough to the action to walk but far away enough for peace and quiet (apart from an occasional rooster or dog) Jason is a wonderful host gracious and accommodating -fabulous hot water shower cozy bed -just great

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Amankaya Atitlan is a recently renovated guest house located in Cerro de Oro, 18 km from Volcano Atitlan. Great place on the lake, with beautiful sunsets and nice amenities. The host, Fernando, is extremely friendly and helpful any time we needed. He even got up to help us get a boat at 6am! We very highly recommend staying in this peaceful house across the lake!

Featuring garden views, Casa de Alondras in Panajachel provides accommodation, a garden and a shared lounge. This homestay offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. This was without doubt our Best stay on a month trip. The family here were very friendly and warm, preparing nice and plenty of breakfast every morning. We sat and ate the breakfast together and got the chance to speak a lot of Spanish and hear about their thoughts of the school system and the political system. The room was very spacious and it was quiet at night, because the house is approximately 1 km from the tourist streets at the lake.

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of garden, Casa Qatzij - Guest House, Lake Atitlan is set in San Lucas Tolimán, 21 km from Volcano Atitlan. Casa Qatzij will forever hold a special place in my heart. This space is truly a home and you’re a welcomed part of a family. The kitchen facilities are gorgeous and a lot of thought was put into it, similarly with the rest of the house. Truly, one of the nicest kitchens I’ve seen during my travels, with everything from sharp stainless steel knives to spices to cast irons!! There’s an exhaustive collection of novels, non-fiction, zines, and other readings materials and many cozy spots to curl into (possibly with one of the three animals who live here.) Everything is cleaned daily and I found my bed to be sooo comfortable after weeks of lumpy pillows are wiry mattresses. San Lucas Toliman is certainly a quiet part of the lake, but worth visiting! Veronica, Frida and I went for an excursion to Punta de Diosas (goddess point). it’s also worth noting that while the owner was away, his volunteer Veronica held the container of this space with such integrity and joy! I think it speaks volumes to the energy of this home that she is so wonderful. additionally- Veronica gave me the best haircut of my life. I’m truly leaving here as a different person. COME HERE!! Just live and be in this thoughtful, gorgeous home.

Boasting garden views, Unicorn Reborn - Peaceful Rentals is set in San Marcos La Laguna, around 32 km from Volcano Atitlan. It’s location is exceptional, close to everything, filled with nature and so peaceful. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Jonathan the owner is like an Angel making sure your experience in San Marcos is the best. I will absolutely come back and stay at Unicorn 🦄.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Alojamiento San Juan provides accommodation with a garden, around 25 km from Volcano Atitlan. Perfect for hiking indian nose. The place is exactly where Google says it is but the owner came and got me anyway to walk me. Despite the language barrier she was super helpful. They have some construction going on in the yard so there's a few people about and some noise but not really a big deal. Great location, but a tough walk with your stuff from the boat. I had no idea about the San Juan hill. I was able to use the kitchen and the fridge and the roof too. Super comfy and clean bed, really great room for just myself.

Situated in Panajachel, Posada don Miguel offers a shared lounge. It is set 47 km from Volcano Atitlan and offers a 24-hour front desk. The property is relatively new and is nice and clean. The room and bathroom are clean and always had hot water. Booked for 2 days and stayed for 8 nights.
