He collected us from the airport and had to wait a really long time but did so with a smile, he went out at midnight to find food for my family and I, he made check in as easy as possible as we were still in Thailand holiday clothes rather than for sun zero temperatures. They made sure we go to the airport on time, very early I might add, and packed a breakfast for us.

There’s also washing machine and dryer, which was really useful. Great location in the Old town of Lijjiang and very quiet sleep. To be recommended.

The room was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned. The staff is amazing, very friendly and highly efficient. Delicious Chinese style breakfast in the morning.
