Everything!! The house is more than amazing, living on the second floor of the house is perfect! We got our room very clean every day. Beds are comfortable, the room is spacious with fridge, bathroom facilities. Apple house is close to the underground - like 5mins walking distance, and you can reach the city center within 30mins. Totally recommend the place, and would love to stay there the next time we will be in London!

My double room was large and very comfortable. I was greeted by the loveliest receptionist who arranged an early check in for me. Continental breakfast was included with the room (not an extra £10 as I had thought it would be). The hotel is in a nice area, minutes walk from the tube station and a large Sainsbury’s grocery shop.

Simon’s stay was comfortable. His only issues was that there was no bedside table or lamp in the room. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Coffee machine in the room , adequate storage , bed was comfortable, all shops for buying groceries were within walking distance, takeaway food establishments were within walking distance for either collection or delivery, bus routes just outside the door convenient to Arno's grove station or towards Walthamstow central. Staff were totally professional.
