Efigenia's created a therapeutic haven in Drolma Ling. I found being amongst nature, surrounded by trees 🌳 as one sleeps, medicine for the soul, spirit, heart, mind. And the equal benefit was the wonderful people her place attracts....of all nations and ages. Such fun, such friendship on offer, we went out as a group and shared fabulous conversations ❤ and made magical memories ✨ Thank you to all the great volunteers who serve all the shared facilities 🙏 And congratulations to the hostess for her inspired creation 👌 Bravo 👏
Overall very well organised hotel with a relaxed and family oriented environment ideal for families. Good value and great range of facilities, food and entertainment. Stella from the kids club was absolutely brilliant with my children and they had a wonderful experience.
Everything was great! Perfect for our family holidays! The kids club was the biggest hit with my 5 yr old, the restaurant to my 2 yr old, the beautiful beach to my husband and the great pools for me! All the staff was wonderful!!
The hotel itself is perfect for a family holiday. We liked that it is quite near to local bus stop, plently of resturants and two beautiful beaches quite nearby. Premises of the hotel is peaceful and full of greenery. A dedicated swimming pool for children was excellent as we had travelled with a toddler. The best thing about the hotel was its staffs and personals. They were really really helpful and tried to help us for everything.
Brilliant location close to the beach. All areas clean and well maintained. Sufficient number of sun beds and parasols at the beach and around the swimming pools. Compact, but nice spa, gym and indoor swimming pool. Friendly and approachable staff always happy to help and provide an advice when required. Good quality and variety of food & drinks. Nice and well planned entertainment.
I travelled with my wife and kids, so a lot of entertainment for the kids is needed, the kids club is not the best I have seen but the kids enjoyed it nonetheless and the team there is nice. The food in the main dining are was good, the kids loved the Italian restaurant - pizza of course. The variety of food was important as the kids can get a bit annoyed with eating the same all the time, so do we actually. Overall pleasant staff, only for some reason had an issue with the spa staff, but all is well.
Our stay at Bright Star was really enjoyable. Lefteris was really nice and knew quite a few dutch words. He was also always there for you when you needed him. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the mushroom in it became famous within our group. The bungalow we stayed in had everything we needed and also looked great.
