Fantastic character property but with every modern convenience you need. Great views, even your own Dragon tree so noneed to go and see any others. Very quiet place so really feel like you are away from everything, all you can hear is the sea. Shower was great, theres a washing machine if you need it, the balcony from the lounge is amazing. The parking is right outside, the local restaurant just down the hill which is easy to walk to down a path does great food and the woman that runs it is nice to talk to. This is also very convenient for the road up to the observarories and Roque du Muchachos walks but equally has walks directly from the house. This was one of our best stays in La Palma.

A perfect place to get away from the daily rush and routine. Peace, quiet and nature. You can sunbathe during the day and watch the fabulous stars at night. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. It has everything you need for a long-term stay. The driveway is a bit narrow but easy to drive if you drive slowly. It won't be a problem with a jeep. We would definitely come back here again.

Casa Julian was an incredible place to stay. It's very close to different hiking trails. There's everything in the house that we needed. There was also a super nice fireplace. We enjoyed a lot of holiday homes in the past 25 years but Casa Alma was really outstanding for us, looking for quietness, nature, personality and coziness without missing tidiness and a certain level of comfort at the same time. Laura was a perfect host. Check-In and Check-Out were uncomplicated, informative and very friendly and there was no need to contact her further for anything. Upon arrival we found loads of fresh towels, coffee, tea, spices, household and personal care products, tons of wood for the open fire, flowers on the table and a welcome hamper with fruits and wine. Apart from the fact that all amenities (electricity, hot water, great wifi etc.) worked very fine every minute during our 2 weeks stay, Casa Alma is extremely neat and well thought through in every corner. The sleeping room on second level plus the garden make the little house feel spacious allowing wide views in every direction. With a lot of sun and temperatures between 18 and 26 degrees in April, we always found a fitting cozy spot in the extraordinary beautiful garden - with sunny warmth or cooling shadow - from early morning until sunset, also enjoying fresh fruits from the trees. With very few neighbours in some distance (which you never see or hear), the spot is absolutely calm day and night. We will need to be back one day to try the open fire. Weather was just too nice to use it.

It was the most charming house I have ever visited. Very quiet, peacefull and surrounded by nature. Lots of extra blankets and pillows and a little cat visited very day. My kids named her Mona. The house ia much bigger than the pictures and its alcompletely private. I was very very satisfied with my stay and didnt want to leave. The views are lovey and theres lots of places for the childen to explore in the house. Theres even a piano. The wrap around terrace also gave then a place to run around and be free. The house had everything you need for your stay, coffee machine, teapiot, tupperwares etc, It was a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was so nice and left us a left a lovely bottle of local wine. There are games in the lounge are and very comfy sunbeds on the terrace. I couldnt fault a single thing at this at this beautiful house. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!! Thankyou
