The common area is quite big and very nice, with a fire place and board games. I only regretted not booking more nights from start as they were quickly full. Highly recommend!

A recently renovated guest house located in Chaitén, Chucao Bosque y Cabañas features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Ignacio was an amazing host and the cabanas where fantastic! Comfortable and well placed in town perfect base camp for a chaiten adventure.

Casa Azul is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, only 7 minutes away from the main square, supermarkets, the beach and the Casino. There are 3 bus terminals close to the property, between 5 a 10 minutes walking.

The hostel offers a full-equipped kitchen, a living and dining room. All rooms have central heating and bed linen is included. Bathrooms have hot water all day long. Absolutely TOP notch!!(I'd given 20 out of 10) My Casa Azul experience was incredibly awesome! It's a beautiful wooden house with so many cultural/historical details with peaceful ambiance. It's like a walking into a museum and place is spotless clean as well. Also I've met several wonderful fellow travelers around the globe and I'd definitely return again. Excellent location near the town centre and just opposite the TurBus bus station. Great building with cool interiors and excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

At the inn, rooms include a wardrobe. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, some rooms at Hostería Antupirén also boast a city view. The rooms in the accommodation are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. The well-constructed, well insulated room was very comfortable, unlike some on the Carretera Austral. The hosts were kind enough to wait for me to check in late, when the ferry was delayed for 5 hours. The breakfast was exceptional.

They took our reservation with very short notice and greeted us with hugs hot tea and wonderful conversation. They were an amazing help with providing us information on travel in Chile and booking our Ferry down south. Would definitely stay there again, and hope to return someday.
