A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the guest house, units have bed linen and towels. We were welcomed by Jess and the unit was excellent. It had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The partial kitchen was nicely laid out and should meet most people’s needs. Jess and Jeff, don’t worry about the negative reviews - it looks like they were done by folks with nothing better to do.

Every adult only room at this bed and breakfast is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. You will find a kettle in the room. The rooms include a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, free toiletries and a hairdryer. With only 4 suites in the retreat, the pool area was often empty meaning we had a couple days completely to ourselves (including Valentine's day) which was amazing! Ken was also lovely, greeted us when we arrived but left you to enjoy your holiday whilst only being a phone call away if we needed anything, perfect situation for us enjoying a romantic week away. Couldn't fault the bed, room or facilities.

The place looks even better than in the photos posted on booking. The house design is beautiful and everything is in complete harmony with nature. We've seen kangaroos and rabbits everyday and the owners are so kind. We travelled WA from Perth to Esperance and stayed at different accommodations, but this was the best at every aspect. We'd love to come back here some day.

The kitchenette was very well equipped, generous provisions of coffees and teas. Netflix on the tv. Parking right in front of the room. Convenient location to walk to shops and restaurants.

All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and indoor/outdoor dining options on covered verandahs. it was very quaint, whilst exactly what you’d hope for when on a country retreat. The breakfast prepared for us in the morning was delicious.

The host Rory & Ruth was very friendly and helpful, excellent service. Beautiful place and great views. Will definitely go again.

Built in the early 20th century, the elegantly renovated Margaret River Guest House features a guest lounge with a log fire. The garden is the perfect place to relax with a book from the library. We had such a lovely stay at Lisa and Keiran's Inn. It was so incredibly charming and perfectly curated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were fully equipt and comfortable, and the property very quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of tea and an afternoon snack provided, fridge in the room with heated towel rack for the shower, and very comfortable beds. The location is a perfect walking distance into town, the the hosts were absolutely lovely, not much more you could ask for! Thank you for a nice get-away stay
