I wasn't sure what to expect in a granny flat, but this was roomy and comfortable. Upon entry, there were no beds visible; turns out two of the mini couches unfold into beds and the one I used was really comfortable--firm, which I like, and surprisingly roomy. There is a separate bathroom as well as another room that has the washer/dryer, fridge and microwave. TV worked well, WiFi was good for work, A/C and ceiling fan kept temp well regulated, good parking, quiet surroundings out in the country less than 10 miles from town (Marysville) and gated for security. There's a hot tub and small pool, neither of which I had time to take advantage of. Guests can also relax outside under a gazebo, which would be nice in the evenings to take advantage of the breeze.

Our 2nd time staying, first in winter and now summer. Very clean place and beautiful summer set up at the pool. Owners are very nice people and are accommodating to your needs. Gated quite nicely and surprisingly very quiet. Privacy guaranteed If that's what your looking for!
