The room was lovely and clean. The location was excellent, only a short walk away from everything you could need in stone town. It was even easy to walk a few minutes from the ferry port with our big suitcases. They were so helpful and let us keep our bags after checkout so we could grab lunch before heading off. Thank you so much!

Deserves a much higher rating on Booking. Lovely and welcoming staff. The owner is very responsive. Location is right in the heart of Stonetown, so it’s easy to walk everywhere, but still quiet. Large rooms and private bathroom was clean with hot water. Excellent value for money. The owner kindly arranged a very early morning taxi and checked if everything was going well. A very caring man. I would definitely stay here again. Google maps has it in the wrong place, so you need to head for the Hindu temple or Secret Garden.

Flamingo GH is located in a very nice area in Stone Town, close to many attractions. The room was cozy and clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfasts very much. Good place for a very good price, really recommend!

Really good place to stay! Clean and comfy. The manager was very kind. Always available. He helped me to call a taxi in a late hour, then he was waiting on the street. And allowed me to keep my bag with him until evening. Breakfast was fantastic on the rooftop I really recommend it.
