We really liked staying here. The room had everything we needed, it was comfortable, clean and cozy. The owners were also extremely nice, and even offered us some homemade wine when we left and dropped us off at the marshrutka station close by.

Very friendly and helpful owner, she speaks English and Russian. Accommodations is very close to the center of Zugdidi. Georgian bakery is on the other side of the street and also about 100m from accommodation is 24h restaurant. Inside was like on the pictures and clean

Nice clean guesthouse in historical style. Very comfortable. Great owner and perfect chacha and wine :) We had a rainy day during our stay but the place exceeded our expectations and we felt like at home. People in Georgia are just great. We would love to come again. Recommended!

Very close to the minibus station and quite close to the train station, making it easy for arrivals and departure. The dorm is comfy and doesn’t feel squashed, each bed having a decent amount of space. Likewise the kitchen and bathroom facilities are more spacious than elsewhere in Georgia

Property was clean and comfortable and was quite modern compared to others, it had the best shower we have come across so far. Would come back here again for sure👍

Great house with historical background, built by the director of local tea factory for his family, back in 19th century. You can see and touch the history, see the original wooden doors, walk through the house, go to the balcony, sit in the beautiful garden, and be the guest of this house and his friendly owner. Our host was very responsive and ready to help. The site is really accessible and in the same time quiet and content. This house really suitable for groups of different sizes or for family visit. There are groceries shops and restaurants nearby, also you can take a 10 minute walk and visit the Dadiani palace and famous Zugdidi Botanical garden (don't forget to buy some fish food and feed the fish in the central pond of the park - it's really satisfying 🙂). Thank you very much for beautiful experience.

The size of the apartment is much bigger than the description, in fact that was the whole first floor of the house, more like 130m2, not 30: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom - all spacious. It's in walking distance from main Zugdidi attractions and business areas, at the same time the street is very quiet. The fenced yard and no-step entrance allowed our 2 year old to safely run around, she loved the chicken and the small dog, and the chalks she got to draw on the yard floor. The hosts are very nice, we got the apartment tour from the owners son in very good English.

This was a wonderful place to stay while traveling Samegrelo! Mimoza was a very kind and attentive host (spoke enough English to communicate the important things) and made us two fantastic breakfasts with local foods at a very good price. The house was very nice and felt like a cozy village house. The beds were comfortable and clean and I loved the old style of the house. The bathroom was outside (like many Georgian village houses) but we didn’t mind this at all. The water got nice and hot after waiting a couple minutes. There was a nice patio to sit on in the morning and look at all the pretty trees and greenery. Very cozy place; I would definitely return again if I come back to the area :)
