Excellent staff and service. A very tasty breakfast that is personalised to ones taste with fresh fruit and juices. Very comfortable to relax and rest. A 360º view from the terrace that oversees the volcano; valleys; mountains and waterfall. Excellent value for money. will definitely stay there on my next trip to Baños.

This is, undoubtedly, the most beautiful hotel in Banos, built by two Ecuadorian-born German brothers in their former playground. The rooms are spacious, the freshly prepared breakfast is excellent, and the architecture respects nature, making you feel like you are in the forest, in a tree house, while enjoying a stay in a four-star hotel next to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the country. I absolutely adore this hotel, which is worth every penny; that is, the pricing is fair for the setting and service. I love this place. Staying in this hotel is an experience, rather than a mere stay. The brothers were also highly helpful gave excellent recommendations to the best driver in town and to the best spa (El Refugio), where we enjoy the cajon bano. Thank you so much for this stay!

Casa Amarilla is beautifully located on the hillside with a stunning view of Baños. City center is just a 15 minute walk away. But what was most exceptional about our stay was the staff. Bettina and Darwin are the loveliest people I’ve met in a long time, they go above and beyond to help you with every question and are also just fun to talk to and spend time with. 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go stay here when you are going to Baños. Also speak fluent English.
