We loved our stay! The staff is extremally friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed from the start and provided us with many local tips in the area. It was a great bonus that they had a gym. Excellent location walking from the stadium metro stop and around the Laurales neighborhood. There are several great restaurants nearby and a fantastic bookshop/café one block away. The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator is organized so every room has a designated drawer or shelf. The owner was very helpful with all my questions and even received a package for me while I was away on a day trip. I was worried that it would be noisy but the other people there were very respectful and quiet so noise was never a problem.
