The location is a bit away from the center but it's quiet because of it. We stayed right after the Chrismas so the inside of the place was decorated and we felt like we were at home:) Breakfast was nice and had enough variety!

Location was great for our purposes. We had to go to the airport in the morning which was only 7 minutes away. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Carlos, the owner was very careful to ask what we liked and went above and beyond

The people who work at Hostal America are so lovely and helpful! They let us leave our bags for no fee while we did the w trail in Torres del Paine. They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable. It is also quiet and very close to the bus station, with the town center just a 10 min walk away.

Amazing host, comfortable rooms, great service and good breakfast. Werner have us plenty of excellent information, helped us out with rentals and made our trip to Torres Del Paine much more efficient.

Nice, clean, cozy and modern apartment. Friendly host - she even cooked fresh and tasty pancakes for breakfast. Check-in was easy. Free parking was directly in front of the apartment. Only a few minutes drive from the city center. No street noises - we had a good sleep :)

Due to a delay of our bus we arrived way after the usual check in hours. Javiera from the staff was super friendly and worked extra hours to let us in. Also Elizabeth from the Housekeeping was super friendly. The staff was really outstanding and helped us wherever they could.
