Andrea and Estefan were wonderful hosts! They took our reservation with very short notice and greeted us with hugs hot tea and wonderful conversation. They were an amazing help with providing us information on travel in Chile and booking our Ferry down south. Would definitely stay there again, and hope to return someday.

The kindest and most welcoming host! Easy check in and she was even there to say goodbye in the morning when we had to leave for an early bus. Room, bathroom, and all shared spaces were extremely clean. Good location.

The room, bathroom, common area, and kitchen were all clean and tidy. Good location. They were extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times. Bed was comfy as. The hairdresser next door gave me a mean fade. A bunch of previous reviews stressed out over small things.. mate, it's the cheapest place in town, it is what it is.
