We arrived at 11pm and our host (Tuija) kindly welcomed us and showed us around. The house is cosy, warm and has everything we needed - very well equipped, even got wool socks for guests to wear inside the house! Great level of attentiveness. We really enjoyed the backyard facing the river and tranquility of the environment. Beds were comfortable and warm.

It was very exciting for us to experience a Yurt in Finland, as "Yurt" has it's roots in old Turkish - meaning "Home". Although the weather was cold, the Yurt itself was pleasantly warm. Everything looks very basic at first glance. However it proves to be very sufficient and even very refreshing so that it is just perfect. Gigi is a very kind and helpful person. Gigi recommended an app for the northern lights. However we were a bit unlucky and the weather did not allow us to see the northern lights. She offered us free Marshmellows as a compensation, which was very sweet. We will be back next year and stay again at Yurt District and this time we will bring a little surprise with us from Türkiye for Gigi. Thank you for everything 💙

Features a glass bedroom, toilet and bed linen. Lake Inari Mobile Cabins offer glass bedrooms allowing guests impressive views of the arctic surroundings and if lucky enough, the Northern Lights. Absolute gem of a place. Wish I could give it a higher score! The excitement of being towed out by snowmobile onto the frozen lake in the cabin, view of the open skies from the bed, tasty breakfasts, good facilities, fantastic little sauna and great dinner of reindeer sausage in The Grill Hut. Took up the ice fishing activity which was brilliant. Exceptional hospitality from Atte and Alexa. Loved every minute, thank you very much

The house is in a beautiful location. Clean and well equipped. The staff is always available for any request. I can only recommend it!
