The recepsion staff were helpful with any questions. The breakfeast very frech and variety of food is excelent. The staff during the breakfast always take care about coffee or juice that you might just enjoy the breakfast. If I will be back in Chania I will live here again.

High quality rooms with very big swimmingpool and nice Seaview with high quality service. It was very good quality of food and drinks with all included and the staff was very delightful and trying to make your vacation perfect.

Free WiFi is provided throughout. I like Ibis hotels, and this one met my expectations too. It is located in a central area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was huge, and I liked that there was a high double bed for us, and a low single bed for our 3 y.o. daughter (she really liked it and finally slept in a separate bed and not with one of us lol). The breakfast was fresh and had a wide assortment of food.

The property is very well-managed, everything is in order and plenty of activities and sun and wonderful blue-flag beach. Very thankful for such a gem. Food is tasty and fresh, Estia restaurant and Anna who worked their and all the other staff were super friendly for us was especially good with a variety of fresh vegetarian and seafood, staff is absolutely professional and totally supportive.
