The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Breakfast was buffet style served from 7:30 to 10:30 on the lower floor. Wide variety of options from western to greek. Juices and coffees available. Masks and gloves provided in the dining room area due to COVID. Hotel is on the main road (easy for pickup on tour excursions). Rooms are new with many USB charging plugs as well as electrical charging ports. Water and drinks in mini fridge are free (additional charge if replenished). Reception and hotel manager are super accomodating and nice. Always ask and they will be happy to help. I booked a hotel transfer back to airport for an early flight out.

Free WiFi is available throughout. amazing multiple small beaches, beautiful views, clean water great for swimming, feels very private with luxury beds, even with august never full and at any time you will find one you like. amazing pool area with nice music no loud commercial stuff, hotel itself is beautiful with decor, design etc. beds are very comfy and the views are great as well. food is amazing, highly recommend half board. I don’t like to go back to the same place twice but here we will. Also the staff is super nice and attentive. Feels boutique but also big enough to have multiple restaurant, big gym, indoor pool and spa etc…

Toiletries and bed linen are provided for your care. One of the best places I've been! It was our first time in Crete and I chose this hotel because of a review. When we entered, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere, and of course Michael is the receptionist. He was very friendly. We were in a superior room on the second floor. We like slightly harder bed mattresses, this was perfect for 7 nights! Air-conditioned, absolutely quiet, automatic, efficient. Perfect noise-insulating windows, we really pulled it off and it's completely quiet! For whom it is important. Breakfast: every day Giulia made some local delicacy, all the while there was melon juice coffee. We weren't hungry. There was a fantastic pool, comfortable sunbeds. The location is good, the city center is a 6-minute walk away. We always found free parking at night. I can only recommend it!

Andreas was sensational, offering excellent recommendations in restaurants, trips out etc. All the staff made us feel very welcome. The food at the hotel was lovely and the swimming pool is the perfect size. Best hotel in this area by far. We would definitely stay here again. Anna and Bonno

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. The service was excellent, the food the drinks and the quality of the room.
