Offering a garden and garden view, Victoria House Bed and Breakfast is situated in Fort William, 20 km from Loch Linnhe and 24 km from Glenfinnan Station Museum. The property features mountain and river views, and is 2.6 km from Glen Nevis. The homestay has parking on-site, a hot tub and luggage storage space. We had the suite for 4, and the rooms were very spacious. There was plenty of room to open suitcases. The shower was huge and everything was very modern. The hot tub was lovely, and the hostess Mandy was so welcoming and friendly. We got a bottle of wine as a welcome, which was very surprising and a very nice touch. The breakfast was very generous and laid out beautifully. For example, everyone got a cup of berries on top of everything else. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Victoria House!

Staff was very attentive and very friendly whoever you spoke to and they all made sure we had a good experience. The food was really good too. The newer area of the hotel was very nicely decorated and clean, and the old part of the estate still had a very cosy feeling, especially the bar in the "library" where we could sit and have a few drinks after dinner.

From check in over the facilities of the bedroom, bathroom, its cleanliness, the enjoyable bar, the food in their restaurant, culinary surprises at breakfast... All personnel working for this hotel, along with the boss, seem to be trained to drown all customers into a warm bath of being completely spoiled. What surprised us even more was that post check-out, when we were on the way home, we were called by the hotel to let us know that our daughter forgot her teddy in the bed. It would have been an absolute disaster only discovering this when we would have been at home. This proves that even post check-out (and after all was paid for), we had the feeling of being taken care of. Just wonderful.
