Beautiful rooms with unique decor and lots of details that made our stay comfortable. Excellent staff, lovely meals, walkable location.

Me and my son loved this place, the owners are lovely, beautiful surroundings in the country side, our dog had a lot of fun exploring our own pet friendly garden which is all enclosed to each lodge privately, the hot tub was amazing and even though it rained here and there…we were able to still use as it’s got a roof to keep u protected, they even left us a little valentines card on arrival, plenty of extras u can get and great prices, no need to take wood as there is wood to buy at the lodge and not expensive at all, the fire pit is also lovely, my fave part at night, they also supply a separate bbq, we never used due to the time of year, highly recommend “the pub” (actual name) only 15 min drive and good prices if u fancy a meal out, our favourite trip so far and we’ve done glamping trips before, can’t wait to return, highly recommend :)

Set in Langholm in the Dumfries and Galloway region and Cumbria County Council reachable within 33 km, Ewes Water Log Cabins offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking. We loved everything about the log cabin it was absolutely beautiful, having the grass part outside the cabin for the kids to play was fantastic we bought the kids a paddling pool to play in we then explored the river and surrounding woodlands.

We had a wonderful welcome from Gillian and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her spacious, comfortable, all-amenities flat. Location was also perfect for everything the town had to offer, especially Gillian's InHouse cafe and chocolate factory downstairs.

Moffat Independent Hostel is a friendly, family run, luxury hostel that has been set up with the outdoor enthusiast in mind. Moffat is quaint town in the heart of the Southern Uplands and is a popular stop on a number of Britain's best long distance biking and hiking trails, including the Southern Upland Way & the John o’Groats to Land’s End cycling route. It also provides the perfect base for exploring this beautiful and often forgotten part of Southern Scotland, with it's castles, forests, waterfalls, lochs and vast expanse of wilderness. One of the most beautiful mansions I've ever stayed in! Hosts were fantastic! Beautiful location in residency edge of Moffat with mansions & rolling pastures & hills. The house far exceeded our expectation and made the first stay in a hostel for my family the best it could have been. I've stayed in hostels many many times on my trip around the world in '89 but this was by far the most beautiful. We will be back due to my Moffat family heritage!
