If you are in foreign countries, you are a bit confused of, e.g. how to sort trash, etc. She checks immediately what you need and comes to help. (Don't worry about French language. She has a translation gadget (iPhone). You will not have a communication problem, if you don't speak a word in French.) 2. No shoes in the room. - This is always a good sign for cleanliness level. 3. Breakfast - Especially if you are from Germany, you may miss your bread, ham, cheese, müslic, whatever rich breakfast. (When I compare at least over 10 countries in Europe, German breakfast is quite a Feast.) Here, you get a fresh baguette (Seems to be they pick up fresh ones every morning), fresh Crepes, fresh eggs and ham. 4. Bathroom and shower - Comfortable and clean.

The house was much bigger than it looked like in the photos, including shower and toilet.
Such a charming and lovely place to spend time with beloved family or friends. Would definitely come back here with our family.
Our daughter, 2 years old, didn't want to go back home after having spent fun time both in the house and in the playground!

location was only 10 minute walk from the town, you will need a torch during the darker nights as there are no lights on the road( busy main road so be careful with small children), lovely location for sight seeing and not far from coast and ferry port at Caen. Bathroom looked bran new, and there was everything you required in the kitchen. Deposit is really easy to pay and refunded in a couple of days of leaving.
The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The French doors, which opened up onto a covered terrace, meant we could make the most of being outside, even in bad weather, and so the property felt spacious. Beds were comfy. The site was great for the kids with play area, pools, farm, bouncy castles and reception hired out adult and child bikes plus infant seats.
Our family had a fantastic stay at BO cottage. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, we appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen at our disposal, especially when travelling with kids. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool area. If you're looking for a family-friendly getaway, this place comes highly recommended. We can't wait to return for another memorable vacation!
Lovely quiet location, relaxing , nice indoor adult pool. Small children’s play pool was enjoyable for our toddler, though some of the water jets could do with some maintenance . My main point why put a drainage slope in a child’s pool and not use non slippery tiles. But our room was ideal for our one night stay , wish we had more time to explore area. . We would stay again as you can either have buffet breakfast or order a takeaway pastry breakfast which was ideal for us
We really enjoy our stay, not only because the propriety was really beautiful and the rooms comfortable but also when considering the acquaintance with other guest at the propriety. The propriety has plenty of space an d children can play free around, therefore would recommend if you are traveling in family as the small ones will surely have fun.
the pool area and playground were very well kept and fun for our family. we traveled with 2 adults and 3 children (6,6,3). the location was close to Normandy sights, but a car is still a must in the area. free parking on site, pizza food truck was good on Friday night.
A rustic gem. Super close to mont saint michel. My kids loved the array of bikes and had great fun on the short ride to the island. Breakfast was delicious and the family that owns the hotel super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Great pool with slides, loads of fun, the kids were delighted. We had a mobile home which was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Aldi was across the road so very convenient. Some reviews have mentioned loud music, parties etc but we saw none of that. It was older couples and families, all quiet in the evenings, lights were out by 10pm! Suited us perfectly as a young family.
We as a family have had a fantastic time at Château Côte de Nacre. It is a beautiful castle and the host is very friendly. The flats are very spacious and are equipped with all conveniences. It is very clean so the hygiene is top! The beds are good. There are several animals on the property that you can feed which is especially fun for children. An ideal base for families who want to explore Normandy. We will definitely recommend this accommodation!
