I absoutely loved the spa it was excellent and like a mini muesuem, although it being a family friendly hotel it only had 1 hour for the kids to go and enjoy it! The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but the coffee was a disappointment.
The layout of the hotel is really nice with two swimming pools. One more child friendly and the other more for big kids and adults. The hotel is located a very short walk down to the beach which is amazing and we walked down a couple of times to swim in the sea. I felt like it was experiencing the family side to Ibiza and how stunning the island is.
Beautiful location right on the beach. The hotel was generally very clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice but wouldn’t recommend for families with young children as there was just nothing for them in terms of a play area, slides, etc. just a very basic baby pool. Hotel wasn’t noisy late at night which was a bonus. Shops and bars/cafes nearby. Overall a nice hotel but wouldn’t want to stay for a week with my children as they would be bored.
Absolutely wonderful location, very rural, birdsong, sound of waves, utterly peaceful but town within easy reach and so many good beaches beside the one just here. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were all warm and friendly. so easy to get down to the beach, perfect for families with small children with a play area and very quiet could de sac road. Generous breakfast, wider variety than sometimes on offer in Spain.
The location is good, the room was modern and very clean. The air conditioning was good. Staff were lovely, especially the girl from the kids club. Food was nice and the price was good too. The pool area is brilliant, very clean too with plenty of loungers and a fun kids area. The rooms are cleaned every few days, fresh bed sheets and towels. Overall it is a great place to stay
We loved our stay, it was fantastic. The staff are some of the nicest and kindest I have ever experienced in the hospitality industry and I have travelled a lot (special mention to Cassandra). Very comfortable rooms, baby/child friendly, great breakfast (lots of vegetarian options), lovely bar with good prices, 1 minute from beach and loads of restaurants. We had planned to move to the other side of the island to spilt our trip up but we extended our stay here. We'll definitely be back.
The location is very nice - small (positive!) - family friendly - nice and friendly staff - good and flexible restaurant with meals which you do not find in every Ibizan restaurant - nice pool (incl Jacuzzi for small children) - good parking outside at the street - close to the beach - near to Sta Eularia center
Victoria from the reception was so lovely, and the person working during the night was an absolute angel when we needed milk for our baby daughter. Can’t remember her name, but thank you!! It made all the difference for our stay knowing there was someone whom we could turn too if needed. The room was a good size for a family of four. Modern part of the hotel, and close to the pool. Kids club was good too, but could be a little longer than the one hour and a half in the afternoon.
