Clean and unique .The common area for all guests is cozy and equipped with everything needed. The one who makes the village house a real home is Teresa who runs the place. A lovely and hospitalized woman, initiated, who is always ready to help the guests in everything. Always with a smile on the face.and a desire to help in anything you needed and at any time .For example we needed medical help and she helped us find a clinic in the area and get to it for medical treatment. I was so happy to visit this region of Portugal. The highlands. I came to ski. And Luna Hotel Serra da Estrela was my Home Base. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were fantastic! The first shift Receptionist Tuesday morning was Super Helpful and lovely! Can you thank her for me? (I didn’t get her name unfortunately…) Also, a special thank you to Luis. We had dinner at the Restaurant Medieval. And it was Wonderful!!! Great, friendly staff, and excellent food… I will visit again for sure!!!
