Breakfast was v good value ....seating area a little tight,to many seats in walk way,with a little more sorting of seats chairs etc all would be a little more comfortable and safer

I loved everything about the hotel, the service, the location, and especially the modern new vibe it had. When my sister and I got off the train to the hotel, we asked for directions from a local for the location of the hotel. I remember the local's eyes widened before exclaiming "you're going to a NEW NEW NEW hotel, very brand NEW!". Lest to say we were not disappointed, it was less than a minute walk from our train stop till we entered a new hotel as indicated. The decor was great and you could tell the staff took extra care into making sure the hotel was clean. The service from the staff was impeccable, they made us feel at home, and shared we had a free mini bar, free breakfast, and everything in the room was automatised. The room itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, the mirror doubled as a TV, and when we posted our room on social media almost all our friends asked for the location of the hotel (I know of two who are planning to book Dos Reis just from seeing how modern the place looked). The design of the room is great also if you're travelling with friends because there is a separate space for the toilet, then separate place for the sink, and also the shower...meaning you and your friend / spouse can get ready at the same time! We had a beautiful view of the street also it was a 15-20 uber ride from everywhere! The style of the hotel is unique, not just a basic modern hotel but one where there is attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone going to Lisbon.... for the price you're paying you won't be disappointed!! Def worth it. Forgot to say the breakfast was also amazing!! Staff also should all be given a raise for their stellar treatment to customers. They gave us recommendations, checked in on us, greeted us all the time to make sure we were ok.

beautiful apartment - designed very tastefully by a renowned architect and designer the owner Antonio was absolutely WONDERFUL…from the moment we were checked in to the 5 days we spent there - we were treated like friends he has a fabulous restaurant called plano downstairs with the most wonderful staff the rooms are cleaned every day just like a hotel

Great breakfast, you have menu options to choose from. Fresh fruit available. Amazing coffee. Polite staff. Clean. Also very close to lovely Tropical Gardens and Jeronimo Monastery. The gym is small but enough for a short trip option. Spa is clean (small sauna room and steam room).

The Hotel was very comfortable, bed was very so cosy, the place was very clean, staff were more than helpful, polite, they couldn't do enough for you. The staff went out of their way to accommodate you, d gave directions to places, order taxi for you, even booked out fit to fly Covid test.So helpful! Excellent staff, management super efficient and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and great choice of food, hot and cold. Good touches in the bedroom for example cotton pads, cotton buds, which is something you always forget when going on holiday. The location was great, 15 minute walk into the city or by tram. Will definitely recommend hotel to family and friends. Will definitely return to the same hotel. Myself and partner stayed for 6 nights, 7 days. We were both very pleased with the hotel, service, food, location.
