Amazing. Hotel and its facilities were super. The room was fantastic with view of the sea. Had all the amenities, was spotless and comfortable. One couldn’t wish for more. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked and beautifully presented. Great cappuccino.

The staff in particular are excellent. They want you to have a great stay, they want you to return. The hotel makes it easy, from the great breakfast to the honor bar to the good bathrooms and comfortable rooms. It is an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants, and the Miramare train station.

Breakfast was delicious and well organized. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we encountered a minor issue with dealing with the nearby parking attendant. Location was excellent with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars as well as being very close to the beach.

I really liked the hotel. There is everything you need for a good rest. Our room was with sea view, clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is a delicious and varied set for every taste. There are always fresh fruits and vegetables. There are many types of fresh croissants, pies and waffles. Perfectly delicious coffee. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would like to come to this hotel again.

Great place to stay in Rimini. The rooms are new, modern, minimalist style. Extremely helpful, cheerful and pleasant staff. The location is also great, near the beach, the center is also easy to reach on foot. Excellent value for money. We had a great short stay. Only the best recommendations.

This is by far the most clean place we have been to. Ever. The bed is amazing, airconditioner AND a fan, just in case. Spacious room, with also table for two. The whole place smells amazing, a there is a kitchen for use for all 3 rooms, and shelfs with boxes for each room to keep food. One can not use the oven, and this is understandable, but there is a microwave. Free coffe, tea, balcony on 2 of the rooms, the other one have acess to balcony in the kitchen. You can always reach the hosts on phone or message, they are very friendly and welcoming. Close to the beach, train station miramare is not far away. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing, selfmade Breakfast - super tasty. outstanding service of the staff. Great location with new furniture and very stylish. A lovely concept to calm down and to relax. Sustainability by heart not just a slogan. In reach of top restaurants and other locations to visit. One of the best stays we ever had. We will definitily come back.
