The location was amazing- very central and one could walk anywhere from there. The room we got was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice, they even offer snacks throughout the day at the breakfast area. The most striking thing, however, was the service- it was immaculate! We were treated with utmost respect, the staff was very polite and helpful at any point of the day and we were truly blown away by their service! All in all, great experience! Very nice hotel in the center of Budapest, close to many attractions. Rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and have comfortable beds for a great sleep. Excellent breakfast with many options, e.g. croissants, bircher muesli, ham and cheese, scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, salad - just to name a few. Not to forget the many coffee options! We enjoyed our stay very much - especially because the staff is really friendly and tries very hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
