This was such a pleasant surprise to find!!! From the start Theresa made our welcome so agreeable - there were complementary homemade cookies drinks - wine, soft drinks, beer available at all times. The breakfast includad was delicious and the room with its complementary sherry and chocolates was just fantastic! I felt I was visiting my grandma!! The room and bed were so comfortable and tasteful. Best of all Teresa was so helpful getting us a map and pointing out main attractions and restuarants which was only a coiple of blocks away!! So well situated!! I cant say enough of this lovely gem. I highly recommend this experience!!!

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions (Flagler College, Alcazar & Lightner Museum, Cathedral of St. Augustine) and historic district, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Our bedroom (the Floridian) and the dining room were beautifully decorated with charming Victorian details, giving it a warm and elegant atmosphere that made us feel at home right away. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Sacha welcomed us with such kindness and made our experience even more special with her attention and care. Highly recommended!

Incredible Location, only a few minutes from downtown. Staff is simply phenomenal, and the breakfast service is just top notch. We stayed in Room #1 located on the first floor at the front of the property. It was clean, orderly, quaint, and full of amenities. While the price for a single night stay was a bit more than I am used to spending, considering the timing and festivities I felt it was a very well valued stay. Thank you to the team at Old Powder House Inn!
