Extremely helpful and friendly employees. We had a studio apartment that was just right for 2 people. Kitchenette was very nice and had everything that was needed. Would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the French Quarter. There is a nice courtyard area with small pool and hot tub. There is also a large porch which overlooks the street where the trolley runs and there is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel.

This upscale hotel in the New Orleans Garden District is located on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line. High-speed wireless internet access is included. Location was good, it was very clean, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and it was a great spot to watch some of the Mardi gras parades.

A classic New Orlean style house filled with all the 'special' vibes of this wonderful city. It's extremely clean and much bigger than any other accommodation at such a price. The most important thing... you feel that they respect you as a customer and as a human being. Also, it's close to the downtown and the historic French Quarter - about 20 minutes walking distance (I never used a streetcar but there are two different choices if you like). A HUGE PLUS - Melissa. She's such a great person and ready to help you with anything. Also a great singer 😉

I also appreciated the detailed instructions. The amenities were top tier. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!
