The staff are the friendliest and the most helpful and caring. They gave us loads of information on Porto and made us feel at home. The location is perfect as you are in the heart of Ribeira. The hotel is spotless, the rooms spacious…. I would always go back and recommend it to anyone travelling to Porto.

Everything was perfect, truly a delightful experience all around. The staff were so warm and helpful. I looked forward to breakfast each morning — the fresh fruit, juice, and pastries were wonderful, and the scrambled eggs and bacon in particular were exceptional. The bed was also very comfortable. I will absolutely return when I next visit Porto. Thanks again.

Located in Porto’s Ribeira district, this 4-star hotel is located in a refurbished, historic building overlooking the Douro River. It offers air-conditioned accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Loved the ability to communicate with the staff previous ro booking. Also they were able to accommodate rhe request of the bathtub and we actually got the suite overlooking the riverside and streets side. The staying was magnificent, have been in the hotel in the past and it's my go to hotel when in Porto!

Oca Ribeira do Porto AT is an apartment featuring rooms with free Wifi and air conditioning in the center of Porto. The place was charming and literally footsteps away from one of the most beautiful and interesting sections of town. Big comfortable bed. Spacious and modern bathroom. It was a very good choice, which I made quite randomly. The hotel has a virtual reception, which is probably a sign of things to come. I am pretty "old school" with hotels, so this worried me when I first confronted a dial-up connection and a person on a flat screen, but it all worked.

Guest House Douro enjoys a location in Porto, 2.4 miles from Music House and 2.4 miles from Boavista Roundabout. - Staffs are excellent! I went there without planning much and they give me all suggestions from where to visits to where to eat. - The room is a bit small, clean and got everything you need. The location is less than a min walk to Douro river. You can enjoy the views from sunrise to sunset. - The breakfast is fresh and big portion. They always have patisserie for you to choose each day. - Fast WiFi.

Gran Cruz House offers accommodations in Porto, a 9-minute walk from Sao Bento Train Station and half a mile from Clerigos Tower. I visited Porto for two days together with my wife and friend and Gran Cruz House was a perfect choice to spend the vacation. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable and above all superb location, just in the middle of the action.
