Friendly staff. Very clean. The concierge file with all the info you need for your stay and detailed tips on what’s nearby was very helpful. The hotel use WhatsApp as a mean of communication during your stay which was a huge plus for me, as my room wasn’t ready when I arrived so they told me they would msg me once it was ready.

The Hotel Clemens has rooms right in the center of Amsterdam, a 4-minute walk from the Royal Palace. The famous shopping area Dam Square is just over a quarter mile away. We had the perfect stay, we loved the small details like the complimentary beverage and free coffee and luggage storage, the entire place was decorated for valentines. In terms of location and cleanliness 10/10, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast was superb.

This hotel features boutique-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and iPod docking station. It is in the scenic and peaceful Grachtengordel-West district. Great location, excellent staff. Super clean and I loved the room. The little window balcony was a great touch. Desk also called us a taxi to the airport with a fare cap that was way below what the cab would have us cost otherwise. I would stay there again.
