It has a convenient location nearby the Taj Mahal East gate - within walking distance (20 mins in the morning, half pedestrian street). They have also send very helpful information about Agra/Delhi beforehand. Highly recommended

Some of the best and friendliest service I’ve ever received at a hotel. There were multiple persons who gave us consistent amazing service throughout our stay. Boasting a garden, a terrace as well as a restaurant, HOTEL SHYAM PALACE INDIA AGRA is set in the centre of Agra, less than 1 km from Taj Mahal. This 2-star hotel offers an ATM and a tour desk. We received a very warm welcome and felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, there was hot water and the backyard is a nice place to hang out or have some food/ tea. Laundry service was also fast and affordable. The Taj Mahal is only a 3-minute walk and there are nice restaurants close-by.
