El modern Hotel Acta Laumon està situat a Sant Andreu, a 200 m de l'estació de metro de Sagrera i a 25 minuts amb metro del centre de Barcelona. Stayed at the hotel mid February on the small double room. The room is relatively small, as mentioned on the description, however, fully functional for 2 people - it is even equipped with a desk, which can be used for work. The location is perfect, a 4 minute walk from the closest metro station - you need to exit from the "correct" exit, which is the closer to the hotel. Note, also, that the metro station is connected to two different lines, offering more choices without many transits. On 150m, you may find a large super market with everything you may need and on the same distance there is a nice cafe to get a coffee. The neighbourhood is safe, you don't feel any danger at all even at nighttime. Finally, the staff is extremely friendly, with a 24-hour reception. They even stored our luggage for a few hours both on the arrival and departure, in order to have some initial and final walks in Barcelona. It will be a definite recommendation to anyone I know who will visit Barcelona in the future and also, the first choice for myself.

Catalonia La Maquinista is ideally located next to the La Maquinista Shopping Centre in Barcelona’s Sant Andreu District. Plaza de Catalunya is just a 15-minute Metro journey away. It was very clean, close to transportation, supermarket, restaurants and Westfield

L'Apartment carrer d'Olesa està situat a Barcelona i ofereix cuina i WiFi gratuïta. L'establiment és a 2,3 km de la Sagrada Família i de la Monumental. Very nice and helpful shiwed us aeound and passed the key. The kitchen is tiny, but ok for a short stay. Good location near shops and underground.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, very warm in winter (which is not to be taken for granted in Barcelona), extremely clean, it has a very furnished kitchen, the closest Mercadona is right behind the corner and the closest metro is just 6-7 minutes walk. It's also extremely clean and it felt like home :) The host, Valentina, is wonderful. We had an emergency during our first night and she couldn't have been more helpful and professional in that situation (Valentina, scusaci ancora!)
