The staffs are very helpful, very quick to cater any queries. The room is very convenient, everything is clean, smells good. I'm taking my parents with me and they're very satisfied with the room! I will definitely come back here whenever I visit Shanghai and would recommend to everyone to stay here!

Il Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel è un Marriott Luxury & Lifestyle Hotel nel quale troverete che semplici delizie si trasformeranno in momenti memorabili. It was in a very good location with shops cafes and next to the metro stop. Great and friendly service from the team. It was really great the breakfast restaurant with many options and great quality. Frank at the reception really helped us with the check in and the late check out. The spa area was amazing with much space, clean and even a swimsuit drying machine. Very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely consider repeating my stay when I’m back in Shanghai!
