Positioned along Taohua River, Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel features a Chinese-style courtyard and is located in Lujia Village, just 1.2 mi from downtown Guilin. The location of this hotel is well situated on the outskirts of Guilin city. It has several attractions within a walkable distance, such as Reed Flute Cave, but it is also a drivable within an hour and a half to major tourist sites like Longji rice terraces to the north and Yangshou county to the south. It is also within a cozy village, and we explored the local restaurants in the first day. The friendly owner of the establishment went above and beyond in service, responded through text quickly to arrange private tours to the places we wanted to go. We were picked up from the train station when we arrived at Guilin and transported back at the end of the trip. Breakfast options range from homemade local guilin rice noodles with fruit to a more western style option if preferred. Bed was comfortable with working wifi and AC. I was expecially impressed by the small things, how when we came back from a long day of touring the owner would always have fresh fruit waiting for us, how the towels and complimentary water would be refilled and waiting for us on our return, and how we were given a bag with snacks and other items for our trip home. If you are looking for a relaxed, local experience with good service that serves as a base to set off to see all Guilin has to offer, then I can't recommend this place enough.

Located in Guilin, a 15-minute walk from Reed Flute Cave, Guilin Village Creek Inn provides accommodations with a fitness center, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The hotel managers recently opened this very nice hotel, and in spite of our late arrival, everybody was extremely helpful, and ready to serve us whatever food they had. Michelle and the rest of the staff made the best of our short visit to Guilin. They helped us organize all of our trips in the region, during a very complicated time (around the Chinese New Year). The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Guiling Bei (north) Railway station, but it's easy to take a cheap taxi to get there. The room was very comfortable and has a lovely view of the karst mountains of Guilin. From Guilin you can visit Yangshuo and Xingping either by bus or train (the train is much faster and very cheap). I really recommend this hotel to travelers who want to spend some quiet quality time in a delightful little town, surrounded by very nice people.

Guilin Bonjour Boutique Hotel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Guilin. This is a very modern and contemporary boutique hotel in a historic village located in the outskirts of Guilin. The staff, amenities, facility, decor, and food were all impeccable! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip extra enjoyable and memorable. We can’t wait to return to Guilin again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Guilin without the hustle and bustle of the city life. It’s affordable and easily accessible by taxi to any parts of the city. Also a short walkable distance to the reed flute cave, which is a must visit in Guilin as well.

In a prime location in the Qixing District district of Guilin, Holiday Inn Express Guilin City Center, an IHG Hotel is located a few steps from Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, a 6-minute walk from Sun... Location! Location! Location! There are hundreds of food and souvenir options within walking distance. As one who wants to spend a peaceful yet boisterous vacation with my family, I can't expect more in terms of location. Breakfast is very good, with varieties of food and drinks. It saves me time by starting a new day without worrying about breakfast. Moreover, it provides western style food and drinks where there are almost exclusively Chinese foods nearby the hotel. More likes are given to the staffs, especially the front desk, who are courteous and helpful. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable. But it is not spacious compared with other hotels of equal rates. But it works good with me.

Central location like the hotel name. Near famous food/shopping street and walking distance to twin pagodas and elephant trunk hill. Room is clean and spacious with sofa corner. Comfortable king size bed. The hotel has offered free laundry too👍! The two counter ladies, 潘潘和小夏 are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you! 😊

Featuring canoeing, car hire and a barbecue, Guilin Heshe Holiday Hotel offers accommodations in Guilin. Free WiFi and parking is also provided. Everything! The room was super beautiful with a nice view over the lake. All the propriety is really well maintained. Outside you can really relax and enjoy peaceful moments. Staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Melody helped us to organize activities and also lunch and dinner. We really appreciate her kindness.

Located conveniently in the heart of the city, Zhengyang Inn offers accommodations in Guilin. Free WiFi is accessible in the public areas. Great location - right next to the pedestrian street. Best part was Jenny who helped us out so much during our stay, including recommending things to do and helping us book our tours. The rooms are very cute and clean!

Located in Guilin, a 6-minute walk from Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, Riverside Wing Hotel Guilin has accommodations with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Jenny is amazing, once the hotel received my booking, she immediately sent me follow up email and arranged car for us. She always keeps me updated information before arrival and surprisingly she came see me in person even after work. Staff are all helpful too, especially Alyssa, she is always polite, smart and efficient to answer our questions. Well done all team. Five Stars hotel service, 4 Stars hotel price! Staff always surprised us with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommend to stay with Wings New. Location is super convenient.
