Excellent location right in old town. Convenient to the train station and groceries. Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The location is perfect, it's close to most of the touristy places in the old town. The room is clean, very warm in winter. There are also a microwave and flatware sets for your convenience.

Best Western Plus Hotel Bern se nachází v centru švýcarského hlavního města, mezi francouzským kostelem a věží Zytglogge, jen 5 minut pěšky od hlavního nádraží v Bernu. The hotel was easily accessible via a short walk from the train station. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and soundproofing was quite good. The aircon in the rooms I booked (4 rooms) varied with some rooms being very cold whilst others being quite stuffy despite turning on the A/C. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The reception male member whose name is CHARLES (?) is very welcoming. After a long flight and another train connection from zurich airport to bern , a early check in is a heavenly gift. The path from train station to hotel is quite smooth even with large luggage. The location of hotel is excellent to explore the old town Bern.
