Very friendly & competent staff, helping you with calling taxis etc. and even walk out the door with you to find the taxi as the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent and the perfect morning experience to start the day. This hotel has probably the best location in Old Dubai, just minutes from the heritage area which has now been turned into museums and is absolutely worth visiting.

I liked the exceptional service i received from Faraz who is at the front desk. He managed to check us in before the check in time and he saw that we had everything we needed. Rajesh from housekeeping was the icing on the top. He would come check up on us to see that we had everything we needed and if we had any requests he would swiftly attend to them. Faraz and Rajesh you are the best.

The vintage decor and architecture were appealing from the choice of music upon entering the lobby to all the creative props to set a “Casa Blanca” mood. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection of foods.
