Our stay was great at Rove downtown. The location is really good and about 15 minutes walk from Dubai mall. In particular, Placida at the check-in counter made our trip memorable.

Very friendly & competent staff, helping you with calling taxis etc. and even walk out the door with you to find the taxi as the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent and the perfect morning experience to start the day. This hotel has probably the best location in Old Dubai, just minutes from the heritage area which has now been turned into museums and is absolutely worth visiting.
