From arriving to departure. The Team was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were very very clean. The Spa on the last floor is very good too. I believe you can do nothing wrong booking this hotel. Very good breakfast and you can add halfboard. Its very good too.

Set in Dubai with direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, Aspen Chalets by Kempinski features a year-round outdoor pool and award-winning spa, SENSASIA Stories Spa. The service is amazing, they allowed us a very early check in and standard checkout was at 12pm. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great to get to all parts of Dubai (nice and central). I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again!

La check out ne-a lăsat sa folosim incinta hotelului (piscina ) pana la ora 18 seara deoarece aveam zborul târziu . Curat si camere spațioase . Personalul foarte amabil .

The hotel staff was extremely efficient with great attention to detail. The front desk knew of the instruction and requests I'd made a few days earlier and they were fully prepared to accommodate us at 5:30 am. The hotel is extremely clean with housekeeping cleaning the rooms on time and leave fresh bottles or water daily. Hygiene was great no foul odour anywhere. The most seemless check in and check out experience. More so, the location is pretty great. Mashreq Metro station is just a 7-10 minutes walk and Mall of the Emirates is also just 10-12 minutes away. Right outside the hotel there's a bunch of finding and take away options and grocery stores. Highly recommend and I'll be sure to stay again.

We loved every moment of our stay. It was not over crowded, breakfast had a variety every morning which included fresh waffles and croissants daily. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room fresh, especially Saffron and Austin. The beds were comfy and inviting. The staff at breakfast were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to Emirates mall and restaurants. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. We look forward to coming back here. Hotelul este situat la câțiva pași de Mall of the Emirates, în inima zonei Al Barsha, o destinație perfectă pentru călătorii de afaceri și de agrement, la 2,7 km de plaja Sufouh și la 6 km de Burj Al... The location was amazing right next to the Emirates mall with many restaurants nearby. Lovely design of the hotel and the bathroom was excellent. Lovely and helpful staffs
