This hotel is really beautiful.
This hotel is really beautiful. The lobby area is spacious and there are two glass elevators that I always think are a nice touch. There were a couple of fountains in the lobby area and I always find the sound of falling water very appealing for some reason. Our room was very spacious - it was actually two rooms. There was the main bedroom as well as a very comfortable sitting area. Both rooms had very large TVs. The bathroom was also quite large and it featured an excellent shower. Sometimes hotel showers suffer from poor pressure or showerheads that are too small - not so with this facility. We were in Nashville for a family event and this location was perfect because when we finished with the fam, we were only a short drive from downtown. The restaurant was quite expensive ($19 for a burger, minus fries), but we wanted to explore the restaurants in the surrounding area so it was not an issue. I was a little surprised when I received my bill to see an $8 charge per day for standard, outdoor, do-it-yourself parking, but EVERY commercial establishment in EVERY industry is gouging customers these days, so I guess it's to be expected. The hotel was in a great location being 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Very clean facility with a reasonable breakfast. The drawback was the limited parking. Staff allowed 3 U-Haul trucks and a pickup with a trailer to monopolize the majority of space. We returned to no space available. Cheaper to stay here than right in Nashville, by a lot! This hotel is around behind the shopping center that includes a Rooms to Go. In the dark, I wasn't sure if I was going the right direction. More signs directing the customer would be a better option. Its only about 15 to 20 minutes into downtown from here. Lots of shopping and restaurants available in this area also. Hotel was an older property but clean, very quiet, and comfortable. It had a kitchen and the area had everything close by that we wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in the suite worked. We would definitely staff with them again.

There was left over toiletries from a previous customer under the sink. The couch felt and sounded like it was 50 years old. The kitchen sink had coffee splashes in it. It was musty. The bedroom was EXTREMELY difficult to cool due to a fan in the wall blowing cool air from the living room. We felt as though we were sleeping in a “dirty” apt. The breakfast was nothing more than a few mini muffins and some “kid” flavored mini yogurt. Not even any water served. However, the front staff was WONDERFUL!JeffUnited States of America

Super clean everywhere, even behind the nightstand which I had to pull out to retrieve something. Halls & common areas are pleasing and clean. Staff and owners are accommodating and very kind. Owner even quickly jumped my car at 8pm! I have stayed in all suite hotels many times over the years, so I can sincerely say I have lots of experience. I will always stay here when in the area!!

He was very accommodating to we 3 elderly ladies. We were exhausted upon arriving a couple hours later than planned as well as having great difficulty (40 min.!) finding the hotel location in the dark. We had requested help with getting our baggage to our room and he did so happily. He absolutely refused our money to pay him. We have limited walking ability and he graciously got our ice for us. He should be commended by your company.

We didn’t get the opportunity to eat your breakfast but I’m sure it was delicious! I’ve stayed at a Drury Plaza in Saint Louis and the service was excellent. You all have hands down great service!
