Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are provided. Some units include spa baths and private pools. It was a great expericence for us. The room is wonderful, very clean and very elegant. We like the private pool and the main area is also perfect. The breakfast is very good. The foods are delicious. The staff is very helpful and kind. Next time, we certainly will stay again.

Located on the beachfront, in the centre of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea and serves a sumptuous, certified Greek breakfast in the morning. Beautiful sea views. Excellent location to many shops and restaurants, an easy walk from the port (15 - 20 minutes). Easy walk into the old town and an easy walk to Lambi beach. I like to walk :) Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast included. I fell in love with this island even though I was there in the off season. The water is so clear and the people are amazing.

Beautiful house, so much bigger than it looks in the pictures! The hot tub on the roof is wonderful, location fantastic, it was clean, came with snacks, super comfy beds, lovely interior design too.
Fabulous, stylish, and relaxing architect designed hotel. Nothing not to like. Attentive staff, yummy breakfast and food, calming pool, and beachfront swimming if you fancy a dip in the Aegean. 15-minute walk into Kos with lots going on. Chat with Terri behind the bar for great recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel. Loads of great memories. Thank you to all the staff.
the interior design of the room was really nice, the kitchen & bathroom was very good looking and functional. The location is great, the beach and restaurants are really close.

It was in an exceptional position in the city centre. The pool was great. The design was strange but very modern and nice. Above all, l really liked the staff. Everyone was very helpful. Rena at the pool was a lovely lady. Vasilia was also very nice. And Katerina!!!!! The gem of the hotel. Her smile and genuine concern to make your stay a great experience.
Very lovely place to stay in and it’s in a very good location. The interior design is inspiring as well. Our host has kindly prepared a few gifts for us. I would certainly recommend staying here if you are planning to stay in Kos.
