Great art collection with a (free) and interesting guided tour in the afternoon. Very large room. Great location in the harbour just 12 min walk from the cafés, restaurants and bars in Salamanca.

Cradle Mountain Highlanders offers secluded cabins on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It provides convenient, self-catering facilities and is a 5-minute drive from the park’s entrance. Very cozy cabin with all the facilities we needed and a fireplace! It is placed in the middle of the forest, lots of wallabies around the house AND A WILD WOMBAT!

Offering self-contained apartments with fully equipped kitchens, Strahan Bungalows are just a 4-minute walk from Mill Bay and the harbour. Easy check in and great communication from host. Lovely place, super location and clean. Heater worked well as everything else. Loved the family chalets with two bedroom for our group of 12 we fitted easily into three of them.

Ashdowns of Dover is situated in Dover. Complimentary WiFi is offered. The bed and breakfast offers a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hair dryer and shower. Convenient location to all nearby activities. The hearty breakfast was excellent, eaten while enjoying a great view. I enjoyed some very nice and interesting conversations with Gary, the host.

This property offers a choice of three self-contained cottages, one located at Godfrey's Beach and two located in the heart of Stanley. Perfect location within easy walk or very short drive to everything. All the tips and info provided by the hosts was fantastic. Very comfortable accommodation, a home away from home. Having a bath was a bonus. Loved hearing and seeing the fairy penguins.

Hillside Bed and Breakfast is situated just 2 km from Huonville along the Channel Highway on the way to Cygnet. Maria and Wayne were very friendly. They tried to reach out to us before arrival. Upon arrival, Maria had the room heater running, prepared bath robes, chocolates and Port. Breakfast was handmade and we were surprised by the huge scrumptious spread that we had a menu to choose from. Plus they had a really lovely garden that was very well taken care of. There was a guide book on nearby dining options. Maria gave us recommendation for Bruny Island and offered to help take photos before we checked out of the place.

Offering self-contained accommodation with panoramic river and valley views, Armalong Winery Chalets is located in Grindelwald, 20 minutes' drive from Launceston. Wonderful view, spacious room and it is walking distance to a distillery and a winery. The only place you can stay which is that convenient.

Ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from the Burnie City Centre, Jones on Wilson Boutique B&B offers free WiFi and free parking. It also features a flat screen TV and a balcony. Like Marilyn Monroe, Jones on Wilson is what any girl prefers: a diamond! Perfect location and every facet of the suite sparkled with classy touches! We watched old MM's movies reliving the golden age. From Burnie day trips to Stanley, Penguin and Sheffield are worthwhile, so stay 3 nights! Oh don't miss the penguins in Burnie at dusk either!!
