This hotel exceeded our expectation. The fact that it is not in the center of Zagreb was great as there are not to many people in the neighbourhood and it is quiet. We walked all the way to the city center comfortably. The bus and Tram station is also right there and we also used these services. Great value for money.

Esplanade exceeded all the expectations. The staff was extremely helpful with any question or request we had, but never "obnoxious in your face fake polite". The restaurant Zinfandel's is an absolute must to visit including the G&T from the bar made of Croatian Gin. Definitely one of my top hotels I have ever stayed at.

The staff was really friendly (including the cat haha), the place was clean, also it was bigger than I've expected. The location is nice as it's close to one of the squares, restaurants and it even has a grocery store downstairs. Overall we've had a really nice stay in this place and if we'll get back to Zagreb we will book again our stay here.
