Location is super, about 1km hilly walk to grotto. Some of the staff are really kind and friendly. Bertha from the spa is lovely, morning crew front desk aim to please and the lovely manager kept the kitchen open to whip me a desperately needed supper at night. I left my phone in the room (after check out) and housekeeping returned, got a call from property making arrangement to retrieve it.

The hotel was located very close to the church and accommodated our request to check in very late at night. The room was super clean with a good en suite bathroom. The staff was superb and friendly. We extremely enjoyed our stay there.
