Amazing hosts, going the extra mile! The room was large and looking better than the pictures. The pool with view on the beach is amazing and the restaurant serves greaaat food for a good price. Felt like at home far from home…

Ahmet and the staff accommodated our every need, they went above and beyond to fulfil each request. The location of the hotel is great, secluded but close to the beach. The bungalows and all of the facilities are comfortable, in a tropical garden which is great for chilling out. We really enjoyed the bbq night with live music. The breakfast was great.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, with direct access to a secluded beach that felt like our own private paradise. Tomek and Malgo were the most welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality created a truly unforgettable experience. The staff was exceptional, especially those in the restaurant who served us delicious meals. It was a peaceful vacation and my partner and I could truly relax and recharge. Highly recommend it.

We spent 3 nights at Hekaya Zanzibar, including the New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful experience - the facilities were great, location perfect and everyone in the team did an outstanding job to keep us comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to Jackline and Godfrey for their fantastic responsiveness, and for going above and beyond to make us have a special time in the island!

We had a wonderful stay at Pangani Cliffs! The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and cared for. The food was outstanding, every day brought a new dish prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They also arranged a fantastic boat trip to Maziwe Island, where we had a great time. We loved exploring the reef at low tide, unwinding by the pool, and enjoying delicious cocktails with a breathtaking ocean view. I would highly recommend spending at least 2-3 days here, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy and discover. 😍

The hotel staff is kind and considerate. Ahmet and the team took care of everything we needed — from great recommendations on where to go in the evening to preparing a lactose-free lunch we requested. The hotel has such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, a fun pool, and an excellent breakfast with fresh fruit. We felt cared for in every way, and there was a warm, homely vibe. The location is excellent — close to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zanzibar!

The property is lovely. The staff are so accommodating. Excellent food. Amazing service. Too much money and I hope that they can help the maasai community more where the lodge is located. They receive no benefit from giving up their land for the lodge to use.

The rooms are beautifully styled with local touches, and impeccably maintained. The natural materials add a luxurious yet grounded feel. Staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant served some of the freshest, most flavorful meals we had in Zanzibar, with an emphasis on local ingredients and oceanfront dining under the stars.
