I returned to Park Hotel Sonnenhof just two weeks after my first stay — this time with my wife and son, after visiting earlier with my parents. I simply wanted them to experience this amazing place as well. The hotel offers an exceptional combination of location, comfort, and truly outstanding staff. It’s the coziest and most relaxing hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Breathtaking balcony view and great breakfast.
Self-check-in was a good experience - just I would appreciate the toilets on the ground floor.
There is no lift - which might cause problems to older or unable people.

The hotel surpassed our expectations. Good food, excellent staff. They had an amazing playroom (with climbing wall, nets, different levels) next to the restaurant which meant both parents and other guests could enjoy their meals with very little noise. The staff was amazing I can’t recommend this enough. Also Malbun has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world.

The staff is very friendly. The parking garage was a little hard to find but extremely convenient as it took you right to the door to get the elevator to check in. No getting wet if it's raining. I left some things in the safe by mistake, and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us safely. We were able to open the room's window, so the temperature was nice as we slept. Oh, the shower in our room was really cool! There is an opaque glass between the shower and the room. It's nice for couples!

The hotel staff was truly exceptional. They were warm and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Just the staff alone warrant a stay at the hotel. The hotel amenities were great and the rooms very well equipped and clean.

Amazing location, close to the border of Liechtenstein and Switzerland. You can have the best of both countries. The hotel was super clean, the room was amazing with very nice mountain views, very comfortable! Super smooth process of automatic checkin and check out!
