Typical traditional family run accommodation (stone houses) from the outside. Very modern, clean and extremely cosy from the inside. The hostess was very obliging and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. In short.... as soon as i am in the neighbourhood again i know where i can stay. maximum stars.

The place is fantastic, better than we expected! Great staff and warm welcoming, they service us their homemade excellent port when we arrived. The room is very spacious and charming with elegant antique furnitures, great atmosphere! The dinner was amazing! Great food and wine, they were very kind to serve us with another pre-drink of port, lots of great red wine during the dinner and with a 40years port after dinner. Breakfast is also nice and fresh! Great location and fantastic view at the wine yard. But most importantly, it is unique combination of 17 century Quinta farmhouse surrounding and modern design and comfort of the room.

The hosts were awesome and went out of the way to make us comfortable- picked us up in town and drove us back. We had a rest day here on our Camino and it was very rejuvenating. We enjoyed the sunset evenings on the rooftop terrace. The wife even brought us rice pudding for a treat and a complimentary bottle of wine. Because the host was willing to drop us off and pick us up in Valenca or Tui, we were able to do a lot in 2 days.
