And the breakfast was amazing. We will stay there again if we are ever able to travel again to Maderia.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this apartment in the northern part of Madeira – my personal favorite area of the island. It’s perfectly located, with some of the most scenic hikes just a short drive away, and only about 25 minutes from the airport. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the house and garden are lovingly maintained with a lot of care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and clean, with a truly unique view over the ocean – it felt like staying at a private miradouro. Our host, Sabino, was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. As a lovely personal touch, he even surprised us with a basket of fresh fruit and some flowers from his garden. If you're planning a trip to Madeira, look no further. Sabino, muito obrigado!

The hosts were amazing; they provided a freshly baked apple cake, fresh bread rolls, and a basket of fruit that they had picked from the property! And you are also able to wake up in the morning, step out onto your own private terrace, and pick your own guava and mangoes! ... Also, the location and views from our terrace were incredible - high up overlooking the ocean and town below! The home itself was unbelievable - a very clean two-story villa with a full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, & dishwasher) and washer - and could very comfortably accommodate two couples. We definitely plan to return.

Location is superb, the island is small but this location can have you pretty much anywhere within an hour. Shared pool and nice new clean two storey holiday homes with their own private terraces.
