Also basic kitchen facilities and easy parking. Most helpful people with great attitude to help. Most laid-back Dahican beach just a few minutes by car, good for swimming and beginner level surfing. Further away also bigger waves.

Plenty of motorcycles and tricycle cabs to transport you to/from town early morning and late evening, which was fine and enjoyable for me. 50-100 pesos each way to downtown 10-15 minutes.
